The final count is in and 92 pounds of crayons were collected during the Crayon Initiative! The fifth graders did a great job and worked hard to keep this many crayons out of the landfills.
SCIENCE-Last week the kids did an activity to help them understand the muscular system and muscle fatigue. This week we will be learning about the digestive system.
ADVANCED MATH-We will review this week for the Unit 6 Test. The test will be on Friday.
READING-We're well into the Revolutionary War novels, the groups are doing a great job and they are enjoying their books.
Fifth grade will be taking the CogAT test this week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It consists of three thirty minute tests.
