Well, we made it through the first "week" of school.  The first two days were exciting and it looks like it is going to be a super year!  We will try to have as much of a regular week as we can this week.  We'll try to get into our regular school-year routine as much as possible.  

SCIENCE-We will start our unit on energy this week.  If you have any magazines that you could send in, please do so on Monday or Tuesday.

GRAMMAR/VOCABULARY-We'll start our weekly routine on Monday.  There will be a grammar packet given out on Mondays that will be due on Thursdays.  There will be vocabulary sentences due on Tuesday on Edmodo.  Also on Thursday, the vocabulary activity on Edmodo will be due.  There will then be a grammar and vocabulary quiz on Fridays.  In addition, a spelling test using the vocabulary words will also be on Fridays.  We will follow this routine for the entire school year.

Curriculum Night will be this Wednesday from 6-6:40 for our class.  This is a parent only event.  I hope to see you all there.
